The 3M Splice Kit (MPN 31187) is a molded resin pouch and refill product containing a 10.6 oz semi-flexible polyurethane resin compound. Supplied as a closed mixing pouch, the resin offers good wetting and impregnating properties for easy infusion on surfaces. This kit is rated for a maximum voltage of 1 kV.
