The 3M Splice Kit (MPN 7000006197) is a molded resin pouch and refill product containing a 21.2 oz closed mixing pouch of insulating resin. Formulated for re-enterable splice protection, this multi-purpose, moisture-sealing polybutadiene resin bonds to nearly all cable jackets and is rated for 1 kV max voltage.
