The 3M Splice Kit (MPN 2123-1GAL) is a 1-gallon can of two-part polybutadiene resin, formulated for re-enterable splice protection. This multi-purpose, moisture-sealing resin bonds to nearly all cable jackets and is rated for a maximum voltage of 1 kV.
