The 3M Splice Kit (MPN 11849) is a molded resin pouch and refill product containing a semi-flexible polyurethane resin compound with good wetting and impregnating properties for easy infusion on almost any surface. It is supplied as a closed mixing pouch with a 23.8 oz capacity and a maximum voltage rating of 1 kV.
