Richiedono l’impiego di termostati di controllo e sono costituiti da una resistenza avvolta a spirale su due conduttori e a contatto con questi in punti di giunzione a intervalli costanti. L’energia per scaldare la resistenza è prelevata nei punti di giunzione.
