The Suntec D pump is a one-step fuel oil pump with pressure regulator, designed for medium-grade and heavy fuel oils up to 75 cSt and working temperatures up to 90°C. It is commonly used in industrial burners and heating systems requiring reliable oil transfer without a built-in cut-off function.

The Suntec D pump is a one-step model compatible with domestic oil, kerosene, HVO, and B30. It supports one-pipe or two-pipe systems and requires an external solenoid valve for cut-off. Shaft rotation and nozzle location vary by model variant (e.g., clockwise or anti-clockwise).

Install the Suntec D pump in a one-pipe or two-pipe system as per the datasheet. For one-pipe operation, remove the by-pass plug and seal the return port with a steel plug and washer. Bleeding is automatic in two-pipe mode; for first startup, loosen the pressure gauge port plug to accelerate air purge.
