The SCHNEIDER C60H-DC series IEC Supplementary Protector (MPN M9U31240) is a 40 A, 2-pole, DC-only rated UL1077 supplementary protector with a D curve type. It is rated for 500V DC and has a maximum interrupting rating of 5kA at 250V DC, with screw clamp terminals and no AC voltage rating.
