The Johnson Controls T-4000-2142 is a beige plastic thermostat cover designed for the Johnson Controls T-4000 series pneumatic thermostats. This horizontal-mounting accessory includes a cover with thermometer, setpoint window, and logo. It is a direct replacement part (SKU 38Y137) for maintaining the functionality and appearance of T-4000 pneumatic thermostat installations.
