The INSIZE Deep Groove Probe (MPN ISR-C002-DGP) is a surface roughness tester probe designed for deep groove measurements. It is compatible with the INSIZE ISR-C002/C300 series and features a 5 μm stylus tip radius and a 10mm measurement range.
