To install HAM-LET Monel compression fittings, cut the tube square, deburr, and slide the nut and ferrule onto the tube. Insert the tube fully into the fitting body, then tighten the nut finger-tight plus a specified number of turns (typically 1-1/4 turns for 1/2 in tube). Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for torque and re-tightening.
