The GREENLEE Ratchet Cable Cutter with Steel Handle is a ratcheting electrical and data cable cutter designed for cutting communications cable up to 1-3/8 in diameter. This center-cut tool features a steel handle and is manufactured by GREENLEE under part number 45206.
