DUNGS MVD, MVDLE - Safety Shutoff Valves

The DUNGS MVD and MVDLE are single-stage automatic shutoff valves used to secure, limit, shut off, and release gas supply to gas burners and gas appliances. They are suitable for gases of families 1, 2, and 3, as well as other neutral gaseous media, with a maximum operating pressure up to 500 mbar.

The DUNGS MVD/MVDLE valve has nominal diameters from DN10 to DN50, with pipe threads Rp 3/8 to 2 inches per ISO 7/1. It operates at up to 500 mbar (50 kPa), with closing time under 1 second. The MVDLE offers slow opening (approx. 20 s at 20 °C) with adjustable fast stroke. Voltage options include AC 110 V and 230 V, and DC 24 V.

Install the DUNGS MVD/MVDLE valve in the gas line with flow direction matching the arrow on the housing. Ensure electrical connections match the rated voltage (e.g., 230 VAC or 24 VDC) and use the M20 cable gland.
