Électronique - électrotechnique - laboratoires de chimie. APPLICATION : Elle est utilisée comme dissipatrice de chaleur, diélectrique et joint contre l’humidité dans les semi-conducteurs : transistors, diodes, etc. Il est nécessaire d’appliquer une fine couche pour assurer un bon transfert de chaleur du semi-conducteur à l’élément de refroidissement, sinon l’air entre les deux sert d’isolant thermique provoquant une surchauffe. Sa conductivité thermique est environ 20 fois celle de l’air. Elle est également utilisée comme agent d’étanchéité entre les résistances et les pièces métalliques dans les équipements électriques. Grâce à ses propriétés diélectriques, thermoconductrices et hydrofuges, elle garantit une excellente protection des circuits électriques. Ne sèche pas, non fusionnée et résiste jusqu’à 22O°C. AVANTAGES : La pâte de silicone 3G-CBM-05407, grâce à ses propriétés d’inertie chimique, de stabilité à l’oxydation, de faible coefficient de viscosité, confère au produit des caractéristiques qui restent pratiquement inchangées dans une large gamme de températures. Elle est efficace où les produits conventionnels oxydent, résinent, s’évaporent, varient en viscosité, se détériorent dans les environnements chimiquement agressifs, à haute ou basse température.
