PRESENTATION :
L’Acid Away est un éliminateur d’acidité pour huiles frigorifiques minérales (MN) et alkyl
benzènes (AB).

L’Acid Away propose une approche unique pour résoudre les phénomènes de création
d’acides dans les systèmes de réfrigération ou de climatisation utilisant des huiles MN ou AB.
Il est sans effet négatif pour les composants internes, les fluides frigorigènes ou les pièces
internes de compresseurs. Il peut être utilisé après un « burnout » (compresseur grillé) ou en
traitement préventif.


DESCRITIF TECHNIQUE :
Déterminer le niveau d’acidité du système en utilisant un acitest adapté.
Déterminer la capacité d’huiles du système (en fonction du volume d’huile du compresseur).
Déterminer la quantité d’Acid Away à utiliser à l’aide du tableau de dosage fourni.
Ajouter la quantité d’Acid Away nécessaire, puis vérifier l’acidité après traitement par un test.
Vérifier à nouveau 7 jours après exploitation du système.
Dans les deux cas, retraiter si présence d’acidité anormale.
